When will I be charged?
Not today. Your 7 free nights start straight away. We email you a reminder before they end, and your plan only begins on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.
How do I cancel?
Go to My account and tap "Manage plan". Two taps and it's done, no emails or phone calls. You keep your stories until the end of the time you've paid for.
What age is it for?
The stories are written for children up to about 8, and plenty of grown-ups listen too. Each one is gentle, cosy and never scary, made to wind down for sleep.
Is my child's name safe?
We only ever ask for a first name, never a surname, photo or birthday. It's used to make the stories and nothing else, never shared or sold, and you can remove it any time from My account.
I have more than one child. Can they all have stories?
Yes. One plan covers up to 4 children. Add each child's first name in My account, then pick who you're reading to before each story, and Darius says their name. Tucking two in together? Tap both names and Darius reads to them both, saying "Goodnight, Lily and Max".
How long do the stories and sounds last?
Each story is ten to fourteen minutes, including the same gentle wind-down every night. The cosy sounds keep playing softly afterwards, 40 minutes in all, and fade away slowly so nothing stops suddenly. Use the sleep timer if you'd like it all to stop sooner.
